“As a senior retail leader, Brian has guided several of Bergmeyer’s latest national retail clients through prototype design, site-specific design solutions and prototype standards development. By relying on more than a decade of experience in retail program leadership, Brian is driven to achieve the alignment of his clients’ design, operational and sustainability goals. Having worked in both retailer and design agency roles, Brian listens, evaluates and empathetically understands his clients’ needs. He balances this client dedication with considerate and effective design strategies that promote healthy communities. His passion for sustainability and high performance buildings has resulted in 25 LEED Certified projects to date at the Platinum, Gold, and Silver levels. He also participates in the AIA, NAIOP, USGBC, ULI, and ICSC to stay connected with the architecture and real estate communities. In addition to his role as a committed senior account manager and designer, Brian is known as an effective and dedicated leader, mentor and talent developer within the firm.”
