Our designers come from very different backgrounds and disciplines. We’re engineers, teachers, industrial designers, retail experience experts, hospitality movers and shakers, fashion designers and even had a helicopter pilot, just to name a few.
We built our team this way because we know the best ideas come when we start to look at a problem from new angles. We do this by sitting in an actual room together. We do it a few times a week, every week. We invite people in, we talk, we sketch, and we collaborate, and solve problems.

Things we’re thinking about
The More Technical the Work, the More Human the Space
There is something we hear in almost every early conversation with an advanced technology company. We can spend an hour talking about robotics, AI, autonomous systems, clean energy, or an incredibly complex technical challenge, and then the conversation turns to natural light. Or where people are going to eat lunch. Or whether there is a place to grab a coffee, have a beer, or just step away from the work for a few minutes. I don't think that's a contradiction. I think it's the point.
