Bergmeyer is pleased to announce that Amy Margolis has joined the firm as a Design Practice Leader. Amy will focus on developing key clients in Bergmeyer’s growing hospitality portfolio, and will also lend her expertise to the firm’s multi-unit residential design practice.
With over 15 years of design experience, Amy’s work spans a range of markets including hotel and restaurant, private club, multi-unit residential, and private residential projects throughout the US. Her portfolio includes multinational companies such as Marriot Hotels, Westin Hotels and Resorts, and Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants.
“My early years working in advertising client service gave me the big picture tools to understand brand strategy, client priorities and project management,” says Margolis. “As a designer, my diverse background with projects big and small, in hospitality and residential design, has given me valuable insight into how to effectively work with teams to define design strategy, implement creative solutions, and execute down to the last detail. I am excited to join the Bergmeyer team and further the growing hospitality market.”
“Amy is a personable and multi-talented design professional who will make an excellent addition to the firm. She brings a wealth of experience to her role as a design practice leader, and will be a great complement to our dynamic group of design talent,” said President Mike Davis, FAIA.
