What’s the most important part of your morning routine?

Reading my Bible and journaling about my daily experiences. This has become my greatest resource for setting a positive tone for my day and reflecting on areas of gratitude within my life.

What are you reading?

“The Subtitle Art of Not Giving a F*ck.” I think as adults, we can sometimes get too stuffy about everything in life. This book is a great read about letting go of what we think should be happening and just living life as we were designed to do.

iPhone or Android?

I am a lifelong Android user and have been since I received my first cell phone as a teenager. Please do not try to bring me to the dark side of iPhones….it will not happen lol.

What was your first job?

My first job was working as an urban youth farmer for The Food Project. I love food, so it was amazing to learn with and teach the community about healthy choices that are attainable within the city.

What inspires you?

Discovering who I am becoming inspires me most. I tend to be very reflective and enjoy watching myself evolve and helping others throughout my life. My greatest goal is to not help but smile and laugh out loud when I look back on my life as an old feisty lady.

What's your favorite season?

Summer!!! The food, the vibes, the joy, the sun…. what is there not to love?
