What does successful workplace culture mean to you?

To me, successful workplace culture is collaborative and supportive – so that when one succeeds, we all succeed.

What would you be doing if you were not working in this industry?

I can’t imagine myself outside of a creative field – I’d probably be doing something similar, possibly along the lines of set design.

Do you have a talent (outside of being your talented self at Bergmeyer) that you are proud of?

I am able to transcribe music by ear. I often used to break down my favorite songs to play on piano as a kid – and admittedly still do so to this day.

What's the best live music show you've seen?

I went to see this indie group in Philly with my sisters a few years ago at a small venue with a relaxed atmosphere. The combination of everything was absolutely amazing.

Where have you gotten lost on purpose?

I used to get lost on purpose all the time. Whether by car, foot, or bike, I would always take off and try and figure it out and map it in my head.

What are you reading?

I'm always reading way too many things at once. Right now it's at least five fiction books, a memoir, a history book, and anything else that happens to fall in my lap.

What's your spirit animal?

I've been told my spirit animal is an ocelot. Maybe because I tend to be sneaky and light on my feet.

What's your favorite season?

Fall is definitely my favorite season. I love the cool air and the changing leaves.

Where do you go for a weekend getaway?

Either Vermont or New Hampshire. It's nice to take a break and escape into the mountains.

Where do you feel most at home?

I feel the most at home in the Ramapo Mountains. There was a reservation and reservoir right down the road from my home, and I always felt at ease wandering those trails.
