What does successful workplace culture mean to you?
A successful workplace culture has a sense of community and a great channel of communication. A workplace that embraces different range of people, skills, and experiences. These differences can be used as a strength to grow as a stronger community. The more you engage with something different, you can learn something new and see a bigger picture.
What would you be doing if you were not working in this industry?
I always say I would love to be a private investigator, however I don’t think I ever actually would. I think I would stay in the creative category. Being an event coordinator would have a similar feel of creating something and delivering a final product. It would be great to actually see your creation being fully used and experienced… In a sense these creative careers do require a bit of “private investigation” or research going into each project, so I guess I don’t have totally it give up being a PI.
