What's the most important part of your morning routine?
My morning runs! Rain or shine, I am out at the crack of dawn getting in my miles. I’m usually training for a marathon, but even when I’m not, my morning runs are a huge part of my self-care. It’s nice to know that wherever my day takes me, I have already done something positive for my physical and mental health. I often run with friends in the city, but I also cherish my solo runs where I turn on a podcast or just think through my to-do list and goals!
What's your favorite TV show?
Any and all sports docuseries! I just finished "Sprint" about track and field and "Making the Team" about the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. So good! My all-time favorites are "Being Serena," "Welcome to Wrexham," and "Formula 1: Drive to Survive."

As a proud dog mom to my 3-year-old French Bulldog, Bruno, I am 100% team dog!
What's your beverage of choice?
A crisp Coke Zero. Ideally a coke zero in one hand, iced coffee in the other.
