What motivated you to become a designer (or current role?)?
Snowboarding motivated me to go back to school for a Master’s in Education. My current role morphed from my love of the architectural process and connecting those who know with those who seek.
When you are retired and look back on your life, what is the biggest accomplishment you hope to achieve?
Building communities on many levels and connecting people.
What does successful workplace culture mean to you?
B-ing able to ask anyone any question without feeling intimidated or foolish.
What would you be doing if you were not working in this industry?
I would B a part-time Mountain guide and test builder for the Rocky Mountain Institute.

Snowboard & Snowboard Coaching (Certified) – understanding how people learn – sharing experiences.
Scouts – Building on my experience (Eagle Scout)– Introducing kids to the wonders of the outdoors and how to B citizens of the world.
What’s the difference between art and design?
Art alters your vision, design alters your environment
Where have you gotten lost on purpose?
Winter woods, sunlight shadows, never-ending powder lines
What’s the most important part of your morning routine?
Breakfast with my family

Bike the Tour de France route, each day ahead of the Peloton or...
