Numerous interrelated variables must be constantly monitored and carefully orchestrated to ensure a multifamily housing project’s success. Propelling a project forward through master planning to construction requires long-term thinking and concerted focus on a shared project vision. Bergmeyer is skilled at managing complex and interdisciplinary project teams, multiple funding sources, and extended project schedules that are often dictated by a public review process. By fleshing out all of the variables in advance and mapping them to an organized process, we shape a path to approval and through construction that allows everyone on the team to understand the steps, know their role, and make important contributions to the project.
