IT Support Technician
We are seeking an IT Support Technician with a positive and collaborative work style focused on customer service to support IT operations for our 70 person office in Boston.

Essential Skills and Responsibilities
• Provide helpdesk/desktop support for firm
• Administer domain user accounts (Active Directory)

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Architecture) AND/OR relevant IT certifications (MCSA, MCSE, VCP, CCENT, CCNA)
• At least 1-3 years of Windows desktop support experience
• At least 1-3 years of Windows Domain Administration experience
• At least 1-3 years of Network administration experience
• Experience in an architecture firm and with design applications (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Cloud, Newforma, Deltek Vision and others)

Senior Designer – Academic foodservice, residence halls, hospitality and restaurant
10+ years experience
We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer with a positive, creative, and collaborative work style to join our team.

• Exceptional graphic communication skills including the ability to graphically communicate an idea quickly and effectively
• Knowledge and understanding of the food service industry, including merchandising, business strategy, visual presentation, furniture, equipment and millwork
• Initiate innovative design concepts and leads experience strategy efforts for multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to execute test fits and feasibility planning, research and select finishes and materials, and create design presentation decks and full schematic drawings including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, and exterior elevations
• Strong technical base including development of well detailed design solutions and familiarity with structural and MEP systems
• Lead, manage and mentor design teams
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively and work closely with clients while building trust and loyalty and directing the decision making process related to design
• Meet deadlines with high quality, thoughtful solutions in a fast paced environment
• Maintain an active and visible presence in the design community through participating in industry events and conferences, involvement in professional organizations, and representing Bergmeyer in business development opportunities

• Architectural licensure or NCIDQ certification and LEED AP status are strongly preferred
• Graphic and verbal presentation skills including hand sketching required
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office a must. Experience with Revit and SketchUp a plus.
